Health information collected through counselling sessions, intake forms, and assessments is classified as sensitive information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We will only collect sensitive information with your consent and will take extra precautions to ensure it is protected. Sensitive information will not be used or disclosed for a purpose other than the primary purpose of delivering your counselling or wellness services, except where required by law.

You have the right to access your information. You may request corrections if your details are inaccurate or incomplete. Requests should be made in writing (see contact details below).
Retention of Records
Health records are kept for at least 7 years after your last session, or until a child turns 25. After this period, records will be securely destroyed.

We use tools including Wix Analytics and Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. These tools collect anonymised data including pages visited, time on site, and general location. No personally identifiable information is collected through cookies without your consent.
