At Soulistic Wellness Collective, we are committed to providing high-quality counselling services. This Refund Policy explains your rights and our obligations in relation to cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds, in line with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Refund Eligibility
You may be entitled to a refund if:

We are unable to provide the service you have booked.

A major problem occurs with the service (e.g., not delivered as agreed).

You have legal rights under the ACL that entitle you to a remedy.
Cancellations by Clients
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session to avoid charges.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged at the full session fee.
• If you cancel within the required notice period, you may reschedule your appointment or request a refund.
Cancellations by Us
• In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or reschedule a session, we will provide as much notice as possible.
• You will be offered a rescheduled appointment or a full refund of any pre-paid fees.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will generally not be provided when:
• You change your mind after a session has been delivered.
• You fail to attend a scheduled appointment without the required notice.
• Services have already been substantially performed.

• Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
• Please allow up to 5–10 business days for refunds to appear in your account.
Consumer Guarantees
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to exclude or modify your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to remedies for services that are not provided with acceptable care, skill, or accuracy.
