1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Soulistic Wellness Collective website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service. Our goal is to create a safe, respectful, and nurturing environment for all members of our collective.
If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service. We reserve the right to update or change our terms at any time to better serve our community and reflect the evolving nature of our holistic offerings.
2. Service Provision & Professional Responsibility
Our offerings, including holistic counselling, movement, and workshops, are designed for educational and wellness purposes. While we offer therapeutic support and healing tools, these services do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from qualified healthcare professionals.
You acknowledge that you are the primary architect of your own wellness journey. Participation in sessions, breathwork, or physical movements is voluntary, and you are responsible for communicating any physical or emotional boundaries to your practitioner during the process.
3. Booking, Cancellation & Conduct
Bookings are subject to availability and our session-specific preparation protocols. We ask for a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of individual sessions. Workshops and retreats have separate cancellation periods specified at the time of booking to allow for collective resource planning.
We maintain a safe space at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward practitioners or other members of the collective will result in immediate termination of services without refund. We value the soul-led path and expect the same high standard of respect from everyone who enters our circle.
4. Intellectual Property & Digital Usage
All course materials, workshop handouts, and soulful content provided by Soulistic Wellness Collective are for your personal use only. Copying, distributing, or using this material for commercial purposes without our express written permission is a breach of our creative trust.
